After completing education at the Ontario Real Estate Association, I joined what I believe to be one of the best real estate teams of Toronto, Canada – Thomas and Sally Cook at RE/Max Hallmark. Thomas and Sally became my mentors, and the ones who taught me crucial details and elements of the real estate business. Every time I think of Thomas and Sally, I feel nothing but love and gratitude for everything that these amazing people taught and did for me! Later, I left RE/Max Hallmark and joined Right-at-Home Realty Brokerage where I worked until moving to sunny Florida in 2015. I managed a number of building projects both residential and commercial.
What makes me and my partners stand out from the crowd is that we have knowledge and over 50 years of combined experience, each focusing on their own area of expertise! I build, fix, flip homes for my clients and for my own personal investment purposes, I trade real estate and I have studied law in the United States and abroad. In law school, for my internship, I sat in 17th Circuit Court in Ft. Lauderdale with Hon. Senior Judge who reviewed foreclosure cases. Aissa focuses on rentals.
